Excellent customer relations
I was impressed the way they gave me a quick price and choices for delivery times and prices .
Of course pick up and delivery is so impossible they did this on time as promised.

Speedy by name and speedy by nature! The team always provides a fast and efficient service. All items arrive on time and they offer an excellent online update process so you can check where your delivery is at all times. You receive a confirmation email showing you the "signed for" box upon delivery so you can keep for your records. I have found that they go over and above to ensure the addresses and contacts are correct and items arrive by the agreed time. As a business we pride ourselves on wowing our clients and providing a high level of customer service so it's important to us that this is also reflected in the businesses that we use to support us. We have used Speed Couriers' services on a number of occassions during the last 4 years, and our experience with them is nothing but superb.

Our packages are picked up on time and their staff are always extremely friendly. I can honestly say we've not had a single problem over this period - which is not something I can say of other courier companies.

We had purchased a couple of bikes out of Manchester and engaged SpeedCouriers for logistics services in transporting them to Cyprus. Some time later, there were some problems with missing documentation for the bikes which had been created by the bike dealership, but SpeedCouriers stepped in and made sure that all issues were resolved. Honestly, SpeedCouriers were great, and Shaun Merrick in particular! They have provided excellent service, in fact going over and above what was expected of them. We would absolutely recommend SpeedCouriers, I wish I could give 6 stars!
