Bunch of cow boys(except the driver)
They can’t unload their pallets, sending small pump truck without a battery and expect us to unload it manually

Awful customer service. Driver was very rude to my wife and refused to place the goods near the door, he became very aggressive when she asked him. Luckily i caught this all on camera and contacted the management there and sent the video to them, unfortunately i had no response or apology. Will never use again.

Building 40. They guided me back into the open door and before I'd managed to get out of cab and put on gloves, they had already opened my curtains and started unloading me. 23 pallets, in and out in 5 mins.

Would not recommend this company from my experience their operatives need a course in customer service skills and good manners. the only reason I gave one star is because you can only post a review if you rate the service.

A very bad experience , very poor customer service, I send an Email for inquiry I waited for days and steel no answer , they didn't even answer the phone and sometimes they answered but they put you on hold for long times, they are not professional loosing your time, Would not recommend this company
