Hi Thanks to Space Logistics for being perfect excellent communication excellent timing overall very pleased to be honest i was hesitant to use them after reading some reviews but after speaking with them and arranging a good price i went ahead and used there services at least to try them i'm a believer of at least giving a chance, and can say they have been excellent throughout very pleased and will continue to use them and highly recommend them can just advise just make them aware of what if any special requirements and they will i'm sure be happy to accommodate. Once again many thanks and look forward to continuing doing business together.

We have been using this company for a while with minor issues on collections. Util Thursday 17th April, our goods were supposed to be delivered, after a customer chased i found out they hadn't delivered i arrange with our customer to wait 2 hours after closing to receive the delivery. SPACE LOGISTICS closed and never bothered to deliver. Friday i called various time for an update fast forward to today 22nd April 6 more calls and many promises later the goods have arrived.
In total 15 calls made, every delivery time broken. My advise is do not deal with this company they cannot be trusted.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Space Logistics. Almost all of my deliveries and collections have been consistently late, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. To make matters worse, Mr. Sunny, who works at their office, spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. His attitude was completely unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the company. I do not recommend using Space Logistics if you value timely service and respectful communication.

I called them this morning about my delivery time, I was told between 11am and 2pm with the added the driver will call you when he's half an hour away, my next door neighbour jalled me at 10am to say I have a delivery left on the footpath (blocking it) but he as managed to get it in the garden.
I also called the company who we brought the item off they said it has to be signed for and can not be dropped without this.
so they are also raising a complaint
do not use this company what they say they will do and what they do are two very different things

This person should not be in transport!!! He can't even count weight limit. I arrived at the collection point to find out that the load is 1200kg a fact the contractor forgot to provide. My limit is 1000kg and this information is provided on the platform he booked me from. When I phoned him he claimed that sprinters can take 1300kg, then tried to convince me that 200kg is not much to go over and attempted to persuade me to brake the law!!! I explained to him that this is on site cancellation as per transport usual procedures and that a fee is due, but he refused to admit the fee because I refused to take the load. No company trying to make drivers brake laws should be in transport
