Disrespectful Driver and Poor Delivery Practices.
“Leaving a package on the pathway is not delivery—it’s negligence! STC clearly doesn’t train their drivers properly.,but the driver also had the worst attitude when I asked why. Do better!”

Poor excuse of a company,
waited in Thursday for my delivery & booked the day of work paid for builder’s as order was promised to come, as the order was due to be delivered i got a phone call to say they had a tech fault. Gates broke on building apparently & won’t be fixed for 48 hours. Customer service in Liverpool said I would be able to pick up, the person I spoke to from the local depot has ingore all my phone calls it is now Monday & currently I have no idea where my order is. Been passed to person to person. I feel this company have stolen from me. Cause where is my order? DO not use

Unprofessional service, delivery driver with poor attitude who was completely uninterested in being helpful. Literally left office chair and table on the road! And when I called the company to feedback
they weren't bothered and said it was only curbside delivery. It's not even curbside it's street side but this doesn't seem to matter to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Extremely poor service. Was expecting delivery between 2-4pm on Wednesday. I rang 6pm as still not delivered. Advised from customer services that they had spoken to the driver and he was delayed but will be there within the hour. Never happened. I rang customer services next morning to be informed that because of jubilee bank holiday I won’t receive items now till possibly the following Monday. If I hadnt of rang, no one would’ve told me anything. A simple phone call would’ve stopped me waiting around all afternoon thinking I was going to get my delivery.

This company called me to ask if they could deliver my goods on Bank Holiday Saturday. My husband and I waited in all day - no delivery.
I called them the following Monday and they did not even know that the delivery had not been made! Apparently, the driver could not find our goods and so just did not bother about it! Delivery was re-arranged for today - still not arrived. Terrible company - would have given minus stars if the site allowed!

Worst service I’ve received in a long time. Waited in all day for a delivery from Victoria Plumbing, only to be called at 4.20pm telling me they can’t deliver it. I asked them to cancel the order and send it back. They agreed.
I then received a phone call saying they would put it on a private courier to arrive at 6pm if I’d accept. I gave them the benefit of doubt and accepted. Big mistake. Say waiting until 9pm and no delivery arrived.
Rang the office to be told be the ‘night guy’, “I’ve only been here a week and I don’t really know what to do, you’d have to call before 8pm to sort that out” I asked to cancel the order and was told he didn’t know how to, but he’d try and it may still arrive.
After speaking to 3 staff members at the company, not once did I receive an apology or any form of sympathy for them wasting 13 hours of my day. DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY OR ORDER FROM VICTORIA PLUMBING!

I have had a very negative experience recently. My shower screen was left far from the door, packed between 2 pallets, expecting for me to carry it two flights of stairs (I am 70). Apparently the £30 carriage fee was not enough to get help. And why the pallets were not collected I will never know. They could have been reused time and time again. What a waste. And finally, scroll down the reviews and if you get mainly one star rating then you would have done something about it . Bad management. 👎
