Terrible service as usual , no customer service whatsohever , enormous queue , no smile , no maneers , and try to charge you on parcels that you have paid online by telling you that you are over the weight by 2 grams and need to pay for a full parcel if you want them to send it , today 3 people left the queue Angry and no apologies or goodbye were adressed . 1 day they refused one of my parcel because it fits but just about ( quoting his words ) but still refuse to send it .... this is the worse place in southgate and I hope my comment will save some of you from the hassle ...

Just had to send a letter first class recorded and with a return envelope pre paid to send my personal items back recorded delivery.

The guy behind the till could not of been more helpful and took his time helping me to understand how to track my items once sent. Thanks again, really helpful!

Sold me the wrong delivery option despite stating 3 times I wanted tracked and not signed for, resulting in me paying much more. I checked the Royal Mail website and it was a medium size parcel, but the Indian chap insisted it was a large one. He was very rude and dismissive when I mentioned it, but I had somewhere to be so just left. There is a nicer Indian lady with glasses who is there sometimes, she is much more knowledgeable on postal services and customer service!

Post office is a joke! Took a package in, always gone as large letter in the past, told no, small parcel! I said no thanks, took to post office in town, large letter, no problem at all!!!

Cashier chewing gun had to ask her several times to repeat the prices of post to Spain. Could not understand a word she was saying. Will go elsewhere in future.
