My family have used South Park Removals for several years, so based on this I did not hesitate using them again for my most recent move. However on this occasion the service was not as good.
By the end of the day I found that the removal men were becoming fed up and stopped taking care with my belongings.
Quite a few pieces of my furniture that were originally in VGC I found to be damaged especially my wardrobes that were only a few months old and are now not fit for use.

I informed the Company who in turn said that it was not down to them, this was not acceptable to me and I wanted further action to be taken, they said that if I sent photos of the damage they would inform their Insurance Company. Recently I received a reply from them declining my case saying that I should of noticed straight away on the day of the move... this was not possible as the day was chaotic. I noticed a few days later when attempting to re-assemble the wardrobes.

All I can do now is throw them out as they are now useless. I made a huge mistake using this company and will never use them should I move again.
