I went today 27/05/2025 to drop off my parcel, which prints the label through the ParcelForce website, I filled in the sizes and weights correctly, Parcel Force accepted my parcel, there were two boxes that were not large, and they were within Parcel Force standards, I walked for 20 minutes carrying them in the rain, and the post office man simply decided to refuse to accept them, because he said they were large, and the driver would not pick them up, when I argued and tried to explain that everything was correct and filled out according to Parcel Force standards, he raised his voice at me and kept saying repeatedly that he would not accept my boxes, and said that if I insisted on leaving them there, they would not be collected. Very rude staff, and they act as if they own the place choosing what to accept and what not to accept, this resulted in the non-delivery of my parcel because I had no other option nearby to leave my parcel.

Worst experience at this post office or any for that matter. I believe the person was S. Patel that I had to deal with. He is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and makes everything unnecessarily difficult. I came in today to simply send a post card and instead of assisting and doing his job, he choose to argue, made remarks for myself to leave the post office and do everything online. I noticed I'm not the first one to be treated like this here. The office really needs to be looked into and have something done, because this is unacceptable.

Customer service is nonexistent, and majority of staff don't seem to care at all.

I highly suggest finding a different post office, because this is by far the worst one out there. You'll be doing yourself a favor by not going here.

The staff here are rude and obnoxious acting as if they were doing me (a customer) a favour. All i wanted was to get a tfl discount card but they made it so complicated, the end I left without my discount card. Shortly afterwards, I was able to do it the quite easily in a
different post office. In this day and age I just wonder how people don't understand the importance of good customer service.

Really, what's wrong with the staff? I've been coming here for a while now, and every time, the staff is very rude, like I owe them something, and why did I even bother coming here? Although the store employees are super friendly, always say hello and goodbye, and can tell you if you need anything, unfortunately the postal workers are not like that.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this post office. S. Patel is consistently rude, unprofessional, and seems to go out of his way to be difficult. Instead of simply doing his job, he chooses to argue with customers and make unnecessary, hostile remarks. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such treatment here, and based on other reviews, it’s a pattern.

Customer service is nonexistent, and the staff seem completely unfit for the job.

If you want to avoid stress and frustration, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I’ll be filing a formal complaint as no one should have to deal with this.

Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE at this post office. S. Patel is consistently RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and OUTRIGHT HOSTILE. On multiple occasions, I have been subjected to unnecessary aggression and unprovoked verbal attacks. Instead of providing basic customer service, he makes inappropriate comments and refuses to do his job without an attitude.

I'm not the only one experiencing this—after checking reviews, it’s clear that many others have faced the same unacceptable treatment. This location is poorly run, and the staff are not suited for dealing with the public.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want a stress-free experience!!

Would NOT recommend, and I will be filing a formal complaint.

Worst post office and service ever, a really disheartening experience for me. The two guys at the post office counter are rude, unhelpful and to be honest, quite intimidating. I’m not a shy person but I almost left the shop in tears due to the poor treatment and lack of care when I came to post some documents off. Would give them a zero rating if I could. Save yourself a wasted trip and use an alternative post office!

Worst service I have ever received. S.Patel should be ashamed to run a business in this manner. I will NEVER get a parcel delivered there again. Rude, miserable, unhelpful, unprofessional and nasty. I will be writing a formal complaint. Very shabby corner shop as well NOT A PROPER POST OFFICE
