From water and sewerage, rail travel to energy, healthcare to postal services, Buses, Council services: that shareholder value has eclipsed service quality. There’s a poignant irony when institutions once rooted in public duty start to treat that duty as optional.

SWIFT ACTION IN DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES
A serious leak outside a house whose owner just died was immediately dealt with. The leak was marked up, lane closed, hole dug, repaired, filled in and tarmacked in days. THANK YOU for such sensitive and efficient work.

First person that I spoke to when I moved failed to set up my direct debit. I did not find out for several months. Suddenly getting demands, very angry at their lack of action and now facing a big bill. Why does nothing work any more? Even something as simple as this?
They install meters but who can read them? They are dirty and so low down you can't clean them to see them.

If i could give 0 stars i would, 0 stars is a complement for this company was with Affinity Water, had an annual bill of £254 came to these and got a £199 bill for 4 months stealing from people as simple as that

Dreadful. Overpriced and fundamentally poor quality service. We have gone 8 hours today without water when the crappy text service said it was fixed 4 hours ago. Rubbish rubbish rubbish

Poor service too much money going to share holders rather than providing the necessary infrastructure., Pity I can't change water company.And now they are blaming people who work from home. Good job that all the other utility don't use the same excuse otherwise we would run out of electricity, internet, food, etc etc... Any excuse not to spend money on increasing capacity but still takes money from people with all the new housing being built., Feels like we are being used as a "cash cow"... Come on water companies you are monopolise but please provide the service you are charging us for rather than providing excuses...to add to this there has been a leak in our road for weeks. I reported it over a week ago and water is still pouring down the road. Perhaps South East water needs to get their finger out and fix some of these leaks so that we don't need a hosepipe ban again or are they focusing on paying there shareholders a nice big dividend again...
An example in Haywards Heath I reported a leak on South east water system in December and it took them 7 MONTHS to fix it ! And there moto is" every drop counts!"
They loose 90 MILLION litres or water per DAY!
How are they allowed to get away with this?

Worst water company in the UK. STOP POISONING OUR RIVERS, also we had the highest price hike of water providers in the UK. So the fat cat investors can run the company into bankruptcy while they get their dividends.
