Hired by phone for my stag do, drop off and pick up. Really good price, much better than any other competitors and flexible when I asked to change times etc. For the cost, I was expecting a bit of a tin can on wheels as a "that'll do" deal but the minibus was really quite smart and modern. Driver was lovely, on time etc. Had a laugh with a group of lads who were probably quite annoying! Would definitely recommend.

I agreed a time and price the day before, come 11:15pm we were waiting, and waiting, kept calling them, no answer. Had to call another taxi company to get home. Tried to call them the next day, still no answer and no apology. This is the second time they've done this, I'm too trusting.

Minibus from this firm was in left hand only lane coming down Wells road, then decided to go straight ahead instead, cutting me up on my bike as I went straight ahead in the correct lane. No apology, and only quick swerving by me avoided an accident. I would think twice before trusting this company...

Having read a few poor reviews about Somerset Taxis I was a bit concerned about my booking to and from Priston Mill for a wedding. I needn't have worried as our taxi arrived 5 minutes early for both of our pick-ups. The driver (sorry, I can't remember his name) was very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about this taxi firm and would recommend them.

Called Somerset Taxis at 7:30pm for a quick ride. Apparently this taxi firm closes around then, and I was informed that all the drivers had gone home. Very strange indeed.

Just left us..... Organised a return journey, and didn't show or answered the phone, even after confirming. I can't wait for them to go out of business, absolute waste of time
