The move couldn't have gone better. No request was too much. No broken items. All 4 gents that did it were lovely human beings. We have 3 guys on each day. 1 day packing and 1 day packing/moving/unloading.

The company were also super flexible and supportive as our moving date kept shifting. Finally, the quote was done with just videos we sent via whatsapp

Goes without saying we thoroughly recommend this company. They have several teams on any given day but i'm sure they're all good.

Huge thanks to the team; everybody we came across was so friendly and personable.
Jay first came to the house and I could tell he had plenty of experience which put me at ease; honest and knowledgeable. I met with a lot of removal companies and I knew form the start I'd go with Smartmove!
Becki and Evie provided us with a competitive quote and were always available should we need anything and answer our questions.
On the day, Harry and Julian got there on time, nothing was too much trouble and were both super friendly. Cracked on with everything, everything was loaded smoothly and unloaded super fast. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. Re assembled our wardrobes and bed (without the instructions) which was a huge plus for us.
Can't say thank you enough for such a smooth move.

Absolutely brilliant team! From start to end everyone involved in the move were amazing. Justine was so helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with our removal dates. The removal team; Taz, Harry, Luke, Jay and Jim were a brilliant bunch. They were so thorough and did everything we could have expected and more! Everything was wrapped and double wrapped, and our canvas pictures were all wrapped perfectly so as not to damage them. How they managed to get some of our bulky, heavy furniture in and out of the old and new house i will never know! We couldn't have asked for a better removal company, and would highly recommend 👌 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Smartmove did a fabulous job. The movers were exceptional. Things were packed with care, removed with care, and assembled correctly. There was not a single breakage, which I’ve never had in the 5 or so moves I’ve done. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had the packing service and move and could not fault any of it, took away all stress. I had high value furniture which I was concerned about, but shouldn't have been! absolutely no damage, no marks on any walls, zilch! Honestly cannot recommend this company enough!

Really good service throughout our move. Smartmove provided clear communications beforehand about what to expect from them, and everything on the day of the move went smoothly. Everything was moved/ disassembled and reassembled and the guys were very helpful.
