This company is very bad. They deliver goods but some of my 8kg of cargo was missing once it arrived in my Pakistan address. The company did nothing to rectify the problem. Very disappointed and upset about how our cargo was dealt with. The delivery drivers in Pakistan take the packages and just deliver some goods and not all of it. Not using this company again!!!

I request for DHL service on Friday 8th of March 2019 to send important documents send to Dhaka with extra £10 (£40.00) normal cost is £30. Till 11th of March 2019 I could not find the tracking (on Tuesday) today on 12th March 2019 I can track my parcel, which is still in London. That means he handed over to DHL then, The man there does not know anything about DHL. He does not pickup call, By text he replies me "You can go anywhere to complain". Please be aware before go there!

I sent my parcel to india on begining of June and until now 7-08-15 i still did not receive. They asking £150 for a custom charge without any proof. When we ask for a proof, london office asked to contact local office. Local office asked to contact London and not answering our calls. Now my parcel disappear.
DO NOT go for this compabay and please share this story.

Very bad service, the cargo was delivered but a lot of stuff was missing when the package was delivered and the delivery driver was nvery rude and helpful. my delivery was missing items which had cost me over £200. do not use this company.
