Shocking customer service and extremely late with deliveries. A lot of Xmas presents held in depo and not delivered when you call to speak to the man, he is down right rude and not interested in listening to the customer. Ridiculous service time Evri used a reliable courier company

I took delivery of two superking mattresses on Monday morning on the Isle of Skye - brilliant friendly service.
The national carrier the supplier used would not go to Skye but they delivered them to Skye Express in Inverness on Thursday. When I spoke to them on Friday they confirmed to me that the mattresses were being sent to Portree and that they would be delivered out from there on Monday morning as I had requested. My time requirement was critical due to the imminent arrival of guests.
I phoned Skye Express in Portree at 08.00 on Monday morning to be told by the driver that he was just loading his van and he'd be with me by 09.00. He arrived at 09.00 and helped remove all the packaging and carry the mattresses, one up some tight stairs, into the bedrooms. He was particularly concerned about how to handle them properly so that they would not get damaged or dirty. He took all the package away along with the two old mattresses. Very good friendly and helpful service.

I have had many parcels and large loads delivered by Skye Express, they are a good value for money service with very helpful staff. Unfortunately on the odd occasion a package maybe damaged but this is not necessary the fault of Skye Express as they can be one of many handling the package. The most recent delivery was 6.5m lengths of twin wall plastic, all arrived safe.

The most frustrating set up! Often smaller packages left out in the rain or damaged despite me having a mail box, deliveey box & outside store! ROYAL MAIL would NEVER do that! (the damage could be the depot not the delivery ) Whenever I call to speak to the office they are quite often rude, abrupt and defensive. I cant quite understand ( in this modern age!) Why the customer delivery details from the primary courier dont transfer to the secondary!.. I get messages saying my driver has no idea where I live! ( even though hes delivered this area for 7 years!) Plus he STILL cant seem to see ANY of the safe places !! Despite instruction labels & photos!! Very exasperating!!!
