Absolutely useless and rude. Paid a customs fee, after receiving a tracking update, and went to collect my parcel. They refused to give it to me, despite there being evidence of the fee being paid, and the manager accused me of making it up. The manager claimed not to know about email tracking updates, and didn’t bother to check the tracking or their own internal system to confirm the fee had been paid. They were of no help whatsoever and refused to give me my property. I later raised a complaint with Royal Mail customer service who confirmed that they had received an update by the time I went to collect and could have checked it but didn’t. Appalling service. This place is a joke.

Shocking service, unbelievably useless service, very rude staff can't believe the collection office is only open for 2 hours in the morning absolute disgrace I'm at work so they can't deliver the parcel and they keep it in a van overnight and deliver the next day again I'm at work, took 9 days to get my parcel. Apparently you can't collect anymore

Utterly useless...must have had my mail delivered to the wrong address at least 5 times now. Not sure how many steps there are in the sorting process but I should think enough that someone can at least read the address at least once

Shocking service , one day post is delivered at 9.30am , the next it arrives at 5pm !! On your wall is a poster saying to keep dogs inside when the post is due to arrive !! Really !! Im not going to keep him in all day cos I never know when it’s going to arrive , its different times every day !! Absolutely disgraceful management in this delivery office , please go back to morning deliveries every day then we can relax in our gardens , Whoever is the manager here needs to give his/her head a shake !!!

Went to the post office and the was a very helpful lady that went out of the way to help down side to it was they are not open all day they have split opening time's so check before you go
