5 stars if you get the nice polite lad who works there. He is efficient and knows his stuff, never any issues. 3 stars or less if you get one of the passive agressive women. Where is the customer service training for these women. It's like they are on a power trip and looking to makes drama out of every small task. P.s i am a woman.

Miserable staff. All the asda staff at Skem are a pain to deal with.
Can only blame the management/infrastructure
Don't use the post office it will spoil your day

Terrible, tried to charge for a Large parcel despite it only being a small (in weight and size). Ended up going to Sandy land who took it with no problem.

If there was less than a star I would give them The worst service I have ever seen in my entire life The mail was rejected because the weight was 1 gram more. I came back and the weight was less than 100 grams. It was rejected again on the grounds of size. I inserted the letter in front of her. She told me that I should enter the message smoothly.

I needed to return a package I had bought on eBay. It was worth over £100 so I wanted to get it back asap for the refund. The vendor had provided me with the standard eBay pre-paid postage label which I put on the package. I have no car and don't like to spend on taxis, so I walked for 20 minutes through the pouring rain to get to this post office, where the old lady behind the counter insisted the package must be weighed. I told her that the postage was already paid, that there was already a tracking number on the package. She insisted on weighing it and then refused to take it from me, because "it weighs 3.5kg, the postage label only covers 2.5kg." I tried to explain again that the postage was already paid, that I had walked a long way through the rain, all pointless as she simply refused to take the package.
I had no option but to contact the eBay vendor, who confirmed that the label he had sent me was a standard eBay returns label which was provided by eBay to cover ALL postage charges for returns, and that he had NEVER had ANY problems with them before. He advised me to simply book a free collection from my home by Royal Mail, which I did, regretting the time and effort wasted going to this Post Office.
I will NEVER go there again. The staff are either mean-spirited or incompetent or both and don't deserve to be in employment. Really nowadays there's no need to use post offices, it's just a lifetime of habit that made me do so. Do yourself a favor and don't waste a minute of your time using this post office.

Swear almost none of the staff here av any training cos der is only one snd lad and one nice lady who actually kno what theyre doing.
theres some old bat who refused to let me send a parcel cos i didn’t put a return address on even tho i dont accept returns. went back and she was training some guy who ive never seen since and i got forced to put the return label on. the parcel I SENT was delivered to my house cos of that label and I had to pay to post AGAIN cos of der own fault.

hope ye little old bat has a slip in the asda bogs too cos they stink like waff

Not impressed. A shame really because this place used to be pretty good. Could do better. In fact, must do better.

The most unhelpful staff I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Think they actually doing you a favour by serving you.
