I recently hired a van from SimpleHire and had an outstanding first time experience. The owner was friendly, honest, and reliable, making the process hassle-free (Never hired a van before). The van was exactly as described, and the owner thoroughly explained any existing damage or things to be aware of. They even encouraged taking pictures before leaving. Despite forgetting the sack barrow and bungee cord due to friendly digressive chat, the owner delivered them first thing in the morning—talk about excellent service! When I misplaced the bungee cords, the owner was understanding and quickly resolved when they were found. Returning the van was smooth and straightforward.

Overall, the service was fair and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

I’ve used Simple van hire twice now, and I can’t recommend them enough. The process was so easy from start to finish, and Ali was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. Both the van and the car I hired were immaculate and a pleasure to drive.

Most recently, I hired a Ford Focus for a long weekend break, covering 11-12 hours of driving, and it was so comfortable—I honestly wish my own car was that smooth! Thank you very much, Ali. Safe to say, I won’t be using any other hire companies in the future!

I've hired from Simple Van Hire on two occasions for moving, hiring the Ford Transit - XLWB (VSM) van. I had no issues at all with the service, everything was easy from start to finish and Ali was very helpful when asked questions. There were no hidden costs at all, the price I paid in advance via the website was the final cost. The van itself was modern, easy to drive and had everything I needed. Overall, I would recommend anyone in need of a van to give them a go.

Great to deal with this company, I hire vans a fair amount, as the name implies its very very easy to do! No hassle, no hard upsells, just good quality van hires, plus longer days than all the others none of the 9am-5pm rubbish, nice long day which saves money!
I will not be using any other hire companies ever again!
