Ordered food that was delivered to a different address to the one I had asked it to be delivered to. Refused to refund me and refused to do anything at all about it. Absolutely disgusted and will NEVER use these again. They then proceeded to send me a receipt of the order with the incorrect deliver address in it. Extremely poor service.

This is the first time I have used this Chinese in a very long time and the food was absolutely disgusting. The fried rice doesn't even look or taste like fried rice and the beef curry, you don't want to know what that taste like. Won't be using that Chinese again

Overall bad experience usually go every week and no issue but today was ridiculous waited 20 mins for a in store order which is fair on a saturday but then got a order wrong so had to go back then didn’t even remake it from scratch and had to wait another 20 mins walking out i checked and the order was wrong again how hard can it be coming from an experienced worker in this form of industry i know how it works but i didn’t even get a sorry, discount, free crackers or anything absolutely ridiculous would never treat customers like that especially when it’s there mistake not mine. By the time i got home 5 min drive i had to reheat the food as it was luke warm, won’t be using again totally gone down hill!

It is the worst Chinese I have ever eaten We got salt and pepper chicken and the chicken was raw. The curry sauce was like water barbecue spare ribs was that Salty you couldn’t even eat them. I highly recommend you avoid this Chinese at all costs.

Ordered food from here, paid for it and it never ever got delivered, avoid at all costs, it used to be a brilliant takeaway but not anymore!!!

Have used this takeaway for many years but the last two meals we have had have been poor to say the least. We ordered special fried rice and it was so stodgy we threw it away. We put this down to being busy around the Christmas period.
Last night we ordered chicken curry with no onions. When we opened it there were more onions than chicken and the curry was really bland and tasteless. Needless to say after many years we will now go elsewhere.

ordering food on the website was easy ordered around 740 ish rang up at 9.10 to be told another 30 mins wait so asked if i could have some prawn toast and some noodles free as we had waited along time to be told i can’t give food away by a young girl called elizabeth if that was her real name asked to speak the the manager to be told she give me a call back later the girl on the phone just put the phone on the counter and left me wating then put the phone down rang back to be told i give you a refund i said i want the food not a refund no customer service what so ever i i spoke to a customer like she did i would have got the sack we normally order a least 2 times a week but they have list my custom from now on won’t be ordering from you again crap customer service waited to long food was lukewarm when it eventually arrived at 9.45 pm
