Brilliant service. We made a mistake on booking and Lesley was super helpful at every point in changing things over for us. Showed us available spaces and got the contracts all set up. He's a friendly face when popping in and happy to chat and help in any way he can. Will definitely use again if needed.

Great when it was a Lok n Store facility. Since Shurgard have taken over just under a year ago, they changed locker numbers & what you need to do to get to your own goods without communicating appropriately & now want to increase the monthly fee by over 20% to nearly £400 per month. A complete rip off & I will be moving out.

We got a great deal for our unit for the month. Staff are really friendly, professional and helpful. Plenty of different options to fit everyones needs and budgets. Special shout out to Rachel who toke the time Sunday to show us round on our first visit.
