Darren & Ayman,

Have been wonderful they have sorted everything out made the process so easy and simple.

They explained everything from start to finish explaining what the unit size were to where they have them situated so it would be easier in case I wasn’t aware that there where other branches close by.

Darren went through the whole process and answered all my questions he never rushed me and was very polite and patient.
Just wanted to say Thank You to them both, there are great staff working at Kentish Town a real asset to Shurgard.

Excellent facility to store personal and large items at an extremely competitive price. Also located in a safe and busy environment. Easy access to get in and out without issues. Staff here are extremely helpful and professional, there is always someone around if you need help. There are many units and parking is a huge advantage too within the storage facility area. James my first main contact who overrides this Chalk Farm outlet was absolutely superb. 🙏👍

This place is a dump, for months now there is no access at the Belmont at entrance (the main one in terms of parking / unloading), access is otherwise very tricky at the front entrance if there’s more than one vehicle at a time 🙄. Also the place is generally unmanned, they’ve locked up / removed toilet/sink facilities, for months there has been a leak / stagnant water rotting away in the storage areas near the main entrance and there’s never any trollies on the one side that has access. I think because Shurgard don’t care about the state of the place then neither do the customers anymore. Used to be wonderfully managed before they took over.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Annette & Darren at Shurgard Kentish Town & Chalk Farm. They literally rescued me this week! I was at my storage unit in Chalk Farm at closing time and couldn't get into my unit due to lots of fallen boxes (due to my poor stacking), I had sprained my ankl (!) & could barely walk & I was literally stuck & stranded! Annette from Kentish Town luckily called me & Darren came to my rescue (Darren was already on his way home). I honestly don't know what I would have done if Darren hadn't come back to help me. Annette & Darren, you are both heroes!! I can't thank you enough.
