Brilliant customer service from start to finish, super quick and easy to book at a great cost, easy to find and the storage units are easily accessible, I also love how much space you have for loading and unloading, an absolute win when your storing half your homes content, a lot of privacy and space to do this. Terry is an absolute gem, he was so patient and kind in answering all my questions, he helped me find the right size storage, so very helpful and friendly, you couldn’t ask for better customer service. Avoid at all cost! They’ll up price of your unit whenever they want. Increases they claim are to maintain high standards and the best customer service. High standards, meaning customers have dealt with hideous smells from blocked toilets, lifts out of service, entry code machines not working! Best customer service, Terry ‘The Store Manager’ at the Chadwell Heath branch has the people skills of a frog!

If you’re looking at self storage I’d advise you didn’t take out a unit here. Better and more reliable options are available out there who will also price match this companies promotional offers for a fix period, unlike this company who constantly increase their prices.
