It has been 30 days since I vacated the unit, and I am still waiting to receive my £100 deposit back. Your invoices cannot be late for a day without you starting to call customers several times or adding an additional fee on top of it.

I gave Chris all my bank details, and until today, I have not received my funds. If the refund takes up to 16 days, it has already been 30 days. Every time I talked with the current manager over the phone, he was extremely rude, which is unacceptable. What kind of organisation are you?

Taking into consideration the cost of living, you should refund what belongs to your customer. I sent a few emails asking to know when the refund will be processed, and I have been completely ignored via email.

The attached picture below shows an email from the store manager saying I will receive a refund. In addition, it has been seven days since I sent an additional email asking what the route is, and so far, there has been zero response from the store manager, which means they are ignoring my emails.

As a customer, I deserve an explanation, and I am not asking for too much; I am just asking for what belongs to me.

Can highly recommend Bedford store . From the initial call from Zoran after reservation, followed by call before moving day from Chris to make sure everything is ok and then on moving day Sam - the team is great , facility is spotless, service is well beyond expectations.
