My car broke down on the dual carriage way by this company. They helped get my car to safety which was so kind! They then got me settled with a cuppa and cake and let me stay until the mechanic arrived.

I visit this place because of my work, I deliver and pick up parcels for my company, quickly and efficiently, always nice and helpful staff service. entering the company right after the roundabout, when driving for the first time, you can not make a turn, easily turn back at the next roundabout, go back to the roundabout next to the company and enter it calmly 😁👍

I ordered an engine and payed £70 for next day delivery, was supposed to come Friday but is now Saturday. They are not answering their calls, it is now weekend meaning I will have to wait till next week for my order.

Trying to get clarity on a delivery we ordered via Beliani. No response to emails for days then they advised they didn’t have the goods when Beliani said they did. When we eventually got to speak to someone we were told a further 10 days despite being ordered months ago on a 7 day delivery. They then told Beliani we cancelled the order! Awful service, highly unprofessional and would not recommend.

I wish everywhere was as good as this, I arrived at 08:00hrs and was met by a forklift operator called Daz who immediately brought me a pump truck, we unloaded my 31 pallets, had it checked, paper work signed and I left 21 minutes later. No fuss, efficient, helpful and friendly. What's surprising is that the place was busy they were loading their own wagons and nothing stood still but I was dealt with straight away. Cheers Daz.
