One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with.
The man was unbelievably rude, total lack of manners and completely unable to speak to customers with any ounce of respect!
I would avoid buying ANYTHING from this company. They do not deserve your custom.

I purchased the 8x8 corner summerhouse with optional extras of double glazing, felt shingles and guttering. The service we received in the showroom was efficient, the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. I called several times prior to delivery with questions I had thought of, always answered my queries efficiently. The day of installation arrived, and the team arrived at 10am. Two great guys put up our summerhouse, and the site was left clean and tidy. We are so very pleased with our new summerhouse, our expectations have been exceeded in terms of quality of product and the service received.
Well done all at Marks Tey Shed Centre.

Where do I start. I can now see why you have such bad reviews and now you can add mine to the long list.
Very rude, services are poor and I can safely say, I will not be returning. Do not recommend to anyone.

Easy parking and plenty of display sheds and summer houses.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Leaflets were out of date and some did not represent current models or prices.
I ordered a summerhouse which was smooth and painless. Lead times are very long at present, with approx a 3 month wait. But this was communicated to me from the start.
I will update this after I have had delivery and have erected the summerhouse.
Update 2 May 2021
The summerhouse was received roughly when expected in a large flat pack. I had to chase the shed centre on delivery date and when I pay the balance which surprised me a little.
The summerhouse was put where I requested by the driver who was very pleasant and helpful. In fact he later noted an item of mine left on the lorry and drove back to my house to drop it off. My hat off to the kind sir!
I checked all the items and everything was present.
The instructions were okay and I erected the summerhouse quite easily.

*UPDATE 07/22: Appalling after sales and customer service. Our log cabin is 15 months old. We paid £750 for installation. Also installed by 1 person on the day. The roof has now moved so much that it probably needs replacing. The shed centre charge you £65 call out fee as they claim installation is only guaranteed for 1 year. I made contact 3 times (twice at their office and once via a phone call. The service is basically 'we have your money, now get lost'!
I purchased more wood protector and they even refuse to refund that money. It is unopened and bought 6 days ago!
Pros.....none
Cons.....EVERYTHING

Stay away or lose your money like we did. Look out for the ginger bloke in the office. Horrible person!!!! He boils your 'kettle' very quickly. No wonder he hides behind a window when he confronts customers.

Strange how reviews on here are 5 stars, but the 'customer' then says at the end : "I can't wait for the installation to take place". Why leave a 5 star review if nothing has been erected yet? (Oh and with photos of a garden building taken at the shed centre).

1 Star is generous.....Trading Standards now my next step.

We visited a few weekends ago & needless to say didn't purchase. Customer service was appalling, there were 6/7 customers looking around, not a salesman in sight to offer anyone help around the displays, 1 person inside an office where my partner picked up a few pamphlets & begrudgingly spoken to by the seated person, when I entered office I was not acknowledged at all, asked if the service was good before I entered & no, made to feel 'in the way'. Used person in this review as they were clearly not a salesperson, we went elsewhere the following week & WOW what a difference in service & price btw.
