Terrible driving. Cut us up on a roundabout forcing me to slam my brakes on all because they were in the wrong lane.
If that's how they drive I wouldn't trust them with your car

Had my van impounded by Shaw's, when I collected the van I was nearly killed on the way home as it was swerving all over the road, got home and the track rod was severely bent, they put the winch around the passenger side steering track rod. People who tow for a living should know better.

I've just (unfortunately) had the pleasure of using Shaw's for my car's breakdown recovery.
They were super quick to get to me and the staff on the phone were very helpful and reassuring.
My engineer, who came for the car, was great.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you find yourself broken down.

I recently broke down with a burst tyre, Shaw recovery were sent out by my insurance company to help me get back on the road. The mechanic who attended my vehicle was incredibly prompt, friendly, and got me back on the road within 30 minutes of my call. Truly excellent service and great attitude of the mechanic. Recovered vehicle from motorway, when collected it realised they smashed wing mirror. Very rude guy at counter, no responsibility for transportation of vehicle. Avoid.
