Fab team. We were with them for 10years. Kayaks, Sups, Surfboards and kit. We were at Burlsledon, recently closed. We would've stayed with them had they been closer to the water and river.... Shame!!! Google wouldn't let me leave a review for that site, obvious really!
It's more about the guys that are with Sentry, 1st class.

Staff always very friendly and accomodating. The opening hours are the only downside to this self storage unit - outside of normal working hours you are limited to Saturday visits. The place is always clean, tidy and staff have always been helpful and flexible. I'd definitely use again if I didn't need extended hours access.

This facility cannot be beaten for cost, unit choice and service. I have been using storage companies for several decades and this one beats every other one in Hampshire hands down. It is a family owned and run business (that is why they are not open on a Sunday - family values for staff and customers) which I appreciate especially as it is not driven by targets, profit, incentives or commission. The service accommodates last minute change of dates, the change of unit sizes and even location in the building. The customer is absolutely first. There is a coffee service too. The place is very clean, the units cleaned after the end of every contract for the next customer and overall the site raises the bar for a professional company in this business. There is good access and although not open 24/7 it really doesn't matter. I cannot speak more highly of the staff - just excellent. I have no relationship with anyone in the company, I am a regular customer and this is my personal and professional comments.

We needed a nearby Storage Unit to keep Mum's furniture and possessions after she passed away in July. Sentry Self Storage were so helpful and understanding. They showed us the different size units available so we made the right choice at the outset. They even allowed us access a day early. You really don't need 24/ 7 access - who needs to get into their unit at 3am on Sunday morning. Good parking right up to the bay, plenty of trolleys and sack trucks to use for free. Wide corridors inside the unit and a massive lift. Well done everybody and thank you.

Sentry saved us a great deal of grief whilst in between house moves. Access was easy and for the number of items the unit contained, it was good value. Would definitely use the facility again if the need arose. A special mention also for the staff - very helpful and always friendly.

We have used Sentry Self Storage in Chandler's Ford for nearly 2 years because we outgrew our house and couldn't afford to move. We were frequently in & out and speaking to staff; they were ALWAYS approachable, friendly and helpful. They tried to be accommodating whenever they could. The site itself is easy to access, very fairly priced and in good condition with helpful facilities.

We have only left now because we were finally able to move house, and if we ever needed extra storage I would return to them in a heartbeat.

Storage space is cheaper than you think and it made such a huge difference to our family. I would recommend getting extra storage space, AND using Sentry in Chandler's Ford.
