Terrible service, they are fooling people. I sent Parcel to Mumbai, India but was really disappointed with the service. Parcel went from UK to Delhi then to Ahmedabad and then finally to Mumbai which is ridiculous. After paying £8/kg (£80 for 10kgs) the parcel arrived on the 10th day. When called for help and advise, all staff were very unhelpful and no response through email either. Will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Sent a parcel to India (Punjab). Got my parcel there as promised, and to see my partner's face, the smile and happiness 😊😊 on his face as he opens his parcel was priceless. Thanks to Shree Matruti Courier Services. Considering I had sent a similar parcel earlier this year through anthor courier company, who lost and had my parcel destroyed. Sent it through DHL (who are spose to be a reputable company). Thanks you guy's 😊😊. Will deafinatly be using their services again. Parminder Kaur.

Guys be careful with this courier service. I sent around 25 kg in July costing around 102 pounds. While sending I had told them multiple times that these are old cloths and some old books. But I don't know how they are handling the couriers but again they called me asking INR 5849 to pay for customs. I don't understand why customs on old stuff. But anyway I didn't receive a proper explanation and got frustrated and finally paid the amount. I could have used another courier service in Leicester who take almost same amount but they will take care of everything.

It’s one of the worst courier services I have came across they are basically Fraudsters I have sent used them in the past and they have a Employee named Sailesh who shouldn’t be working as a Breech of Student Visa. He has promised on many occasions that your package will not be charged any Custom duty will be minimal and we have send second hand items and they have charged us 3 times the normal Indian custom charge they also ask to pay into a Private Bank Account instead of paying into the Government of India for Customs they are Fraudsters. They have a deceiving policy I personally will never use them again and Sailesh is Fooling people. I think it’s time to have them Reported to UK Border Force as they manipulate with Authorities.
