I had a really excellent experience using Self Storage Newcastle for storing some belongings while in the process of moving house. The booking system was really simple, to use and the storage itself was perfect, easily accessible and clean, dry and safe. Michael was friendly and always happy to help. Price was exactly what was advertised and was really reasonable (paid a month in advance but was refunded for the days I didn’t use - with no hidden costs) Overall, would highly recommend 🙂

We had hired a storage unit here for our work force for around 18 months. All staff have been amazing through our whole time using the unit, regularly going above and beyond to for fill all our requests and needs. In particular, communication with 'Michael' was brilliant.
We cant recommend them enough and would 100% use them again in the future if needed.

Brilliant service. Made the process of moving much easier than the storage in the city we’d used previously. Not having to carry down corridors was a big bonus.

Needed storage unit during house move. It was a metal ship container, it was safe, clean and large enough for what I needed. No issues with damp or anything. Stuff was was in same condition when I emptied as it was when it went in. Overall very happy.
