3 staff in, 1 counter open with huge queue.
Terrible service. Wouldn't use it if there was an alternative. What has happened to the post office. It's turned into a money grabbing company, and all sense of service to the public has left the building, much like Elvis!
Can't give zero stars so one will have to do.

They Lost my parcel which there was evidence it was signed for by one of them. The women behind the counter could not care less or accept responsibility and tried to blame it on to the other depo. I was told not come back because i was frustrated about it. It was not a cheap parcel

I understand that post offices tend to be slow, but this particular one is exceptionally sluggish! It took 30 minutes for 6 people ahead of me to send a parcel, and even when it was my turn, the process took much longer than usual.

Saturday visit 18/05/24 to return a parcel. Note on WH Smith door 'post office closed, sorry for inconvenience'. Asked worker at WH Smith if she knew why (not their fault), who said it was due to no available post office staff! And this is meant to be a service!

Constantly closed either all day or hours before their closing time. I work locally.and am dragging big and heavy bags down there to be sent off only to have to drag them back multiple times a week because they can't stick to their own opening times.

Post office is often closed or shuts early. Give our post offices back, they were run promptly then.

That's the last time I use this Post Office. Waited eleven minutes this morning to post one parcel. Three members of staff behind the counter, yet only one person serving, despite the fact there were eight customers queueing. Surely the most important job is actually serving customers. Everything else can wait until it's quiet. It should be all hands on deck. I will be going elsewhere in future.

Never open when it says it will be open. People are having to take time off work, essentially using several hours wages to pick up their own post. Appalling service
