Screwfix had everything I wanted for the job I had to do, but what is really amazing is I use the app to let them know I'm at the store to collect and its at the counter ready for me as I go into the store. I love it, no waiting, no issues. I'm in and out in seconds, not even minutes. Well done Northwich.

Simon the Manager of the store was a massive help to me, he talked over different kind of solutions in relation to plumbing and found the cheapest cost fix. Explained step by step, provided tips and all product options I would need. Thank you saved me calling a plumber

I have been to this place many times but yesterday there were a old women with dark hair and she said to me u come to the store to many time we can't find the things ur looking for , if u can help ur customers then stay home because your to lazy to work or u don't want help your customers I'm very desppointed of this place rude staff they don't sell stuf just stand there talking instead of selling if I was a manager or owner of the business I would sack everyone and find reliable staff to work who deserve , who ever go tho this place be careful with old dark hair women she has no clue what so ever 😡

Very prompt, professional and friendly service. We purchased outdoor electric wall sockets and associated kit. Those in attendance were able to advise on method and tooling, which was very helpful. Screwfix is always my first port of call and, I'm rarely disappointed.

I was sent on an errand by my husband to get some door hinges, however when relaying the product code at the counter was politely told the code was for a different store, I felt like an idiot. However the guy at the counter was brilliant, found me the same hinges for the same price. This to me is great customer service, I would always come back to and recommend screwfix. I'm grateful to the server who made me feel like a valued customer.
