Whats with the invasion of privacy when buying anything .i dont need to give you my name email address home address or post code as stated by your employee its "company policy" i dont care. you dont need any of that infomation .i want something you sell something i buy it you give me a reciept .job done .

Shop is great, some staff is poor and impolite. After 5 days of waiting I passed by to check, collect my order, few items missing and I asked the staff about, they found it. No apologies. 10 minutes later they sent the usual text, your order is ready... I suggest you to double check if you order multiple items as some of the staff is miss carefully.

Brilliant, you have to order your things online at the moment, however even when they are very busy its usually ready for collection within 30 mins. Staff are always very helpful even when they are rushed off their feet, 5 out of 5 Top marks 😉

Not been here before and was surprised to find it was like Argos. Also surprised at the amount of items that are not in stock and you have to come back the next day. Now I know I'll be better prepared next time! On the whole would probably rather go somewhere I can get what I want straight away.

I was given somebody else’s order even though I had handed my order document to the member of staff. Quite coincidentally it was for the same type of item I had ordered (a motion sensitive external spot light) but it was obvious when I got home that it was not mine (surname began with same initial but this spotlight was for hard-wiring in).
I drove back to the store and spoke with the same assistant and he replaced it with the correct order.
No apology whatsoever for the mistake from the member of staff and my time spent travelling in order to collect the part was 40 minutes as apposed to 20, plus queuing and it ate up almost an hour of my time.
It wouldn’t have upset me as much if a little humility and good manners had prevailed.
