I was impressed with the fast and efficient service at the store. A helpful colleague quickly arrived at the till to assist me.
Although they didn't have the specific part I was looking for, I ended up purchasing the whole kit for £19.99.
It's quite disappointing that a large tools and hardware store doesn't offer cistern lever parts for sale.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. No customer service sense . Specially managed Ali so rude and unhelpful. Never buy in this branch again . Need some customer serving behaviour training. They think they are doing well . Never ever come again here and will spread this to local community definitely

Great staff might seem small at reception but they always have everything in stock and serve you really quickly when it comes to clothes they are really helpful and make sure everything is good and help out with anything and answer all questions.

The staff in this branch are really friendly and helpful unlike some other branches i have visited. Recently I’ve had some issues where the information on the website was incorrect and found our after I’d purchased the items and the manager Ali has looked after me and been really apologetic for the mistakes. Ali treated the situation with real leadership and made sure I was happy with the resolution he offered. Thanks Ali
