Placed an ordered they didn't have in stock. Was told it would be ready to collect the following day, but told to wait for a text message before collecting. 3 days later still no message, drove down to the store and was told it was there the next day. Asked why I didn't t get a message as instructed by the staff and on the receipt, to be told sometimes staff are busy and may not get time to.

Walked in, asked for a drill bit for use with tiles. Went home and drilled a bunch of holes in tiles.. job done. Was in and out in 3 minutes without even using click and collect. No complaints.

It was very handy that screwfix has such flexible opening hours, I found the transition to accommodate covid stuff not as smooth but it wasn't to difficult. Good prices, helpful staff, il glad its close by.
