Great amount of products and brands, the staff are very nice and provide good customer service. I have had to return a few items as I brought too many and the return process was a breeze! They do free next day collection if items are out off stock which is great! Would highly recommend for any DIY needs😊

I visited the Bridgwater Branch for a new outdoor light. The stock choice was really good and extremely reasonable prices.

I had bought a light but once I’d got home with it I realised it was the wrong size and style from the one I currently had. I contacted the store and they were extremely helpful on what my options were to find the correct one.
The customer service was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We bought a product on "click and collect" which turned out to be incorrect for our purposes. The staff were so helpful looking for an alternative, but in the end we couldn't find the right one. A surprisingly small front counter area considering the size of the building. It was clean, tidy and we'll displayed with popular stock.
Friendly staff helped my choose the correct driver bit for some screws I'd ordered. Everything was in stock and I left happy.

Usually very good with stocks, friendly helpful staff but disappointed with purchase of electrical sockets and switches. I've committed to their product and 80% fitted a house and they now have no stick for delivery or collection. Would be wary about doing a full house again if they can't supply everything advertised.
