I have been to this store a few times. There is a very aggressive mid thirty eastern European woman working behind the till. Each time I've been there she is rude and aggressive. Don't know if it is the colour of my skin. I just hate going in ther profer to go somewhere else. It should not be like that.

Screw fix always has what i need for any job. The staff are welcoming helpful and very knowlegeable. Theu alwaus endever to help you and have both male and female staff. My dog is also welcome and is always happy to see the staff as they make a fuss of him. Great shop great staff great prices.

We received excellent service from a sales assistant there (Thursday 02 December at 1700 - we sadly did not catch his name!). We came in with an old door lock that needed to be changed, the screwfix employee was very helpful and got us a lock that fit from the first try! Thanks a lot!

Amazing place to have near you. You can order online and collect as soon as you get a notification. I bought a radiator. The service was great. When you order online. Test message will be received by yourself. Either speak to the staff or there is a machine that you can use to get the ticket however, you will need the card used for payment. So easy to use. No parking outside apart from loading and unloading. I parked across the street.

Excellent store, very fast service. Don't be put off if there's a bit if a queue, 4 servers including the excellent Duty Manager, served every one super quick. Two parking spaces directly outside and great prices
