I left a review in 2020 when I first rented a storage locker. After 4 and a half years we have finally emptied the locker, however the experience from then to now has not changed one bit. Neil and the Team at Scott's are great and I can't recommend them enough.

Everything from beginning to end was handled professionally, with a smile and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.

If you need extra storage space in Carlisle, you won't find better than Scott's.

When our office at Parkhouse, Carlisle needed extra storage we chose Scott Self Storage, Kingstown. We’ve now happily been with them for over 20 year!
This facility was the perfect solution for our business, with easy access 6 days a week. Initially we had a smaller unit, however increased the cubic capacity after 5 year. I’ve always found them to be competitively priced, and extremely helpful.
With regards to their Kingstown unit, it was always clean, secure and well lit. They also offered us the use of a van to help move larger items, which I though was a great idea.

This is a local family business who have always gone above and beyond to meet our needs. There’s no way I would have got this level of service with a national company.

Used Scott's Self Storage for the first time and they were superb. Very accommodating and flexible with regard to lockup hire - the refund payment on the time not used was returned to us within a couple of days. The staff in the office were very professional, friendly and always helpful. The whole experience of using them made our house move a lot easier.
