I came in to repair my kugoo k4 pro which i paid for £650 ,I went in to repair only my clip that tightons the handles the part was like £30,but wen I went on Ebay it delivery time was long so I gave it to these lot and they said there order part and let me no wen it's readily,I came bk at least 10times ,coz they said it was ready ,wen I got there after how many other time I spent money on user to get there and to find out my scooter as they said that they took my scooter to der ware house and some stole it ,so I try following up coz I waited for them ,I them went in and the real owner pretended that his repair was the owner that he will sort out a replacement, well up to now I've no replacement and the Owen said wen he get a second hand one he let me no it's been 3yrs now ,am sure they have insurance for wen things get stolen and can either give Kyle the same scooter or offer me a money off a new scooter I paid 650 cash it was new am not happy ,I feel like they robbed me .am gona follow up and if no joy am going to report them to the police ,coz I need my scooter they made me use cabs and I suffer for health issue and need it for my life to get around hopefully they will call me and have my replacement

I would rate 0 stars if I could however I left a review almost 2 years ago and they removed my review. So now I will copy and paste this review and save it in my drafts so when you remove it I will put it straight back up on the same day tge same minute.

I had a accident on my scooter and some other things needed replacing aswell. My handlebars were bent had a flat tyre needed brake fluid needed a new horn and front headlight. I had some LED lights which I told him not sure if he can do this as they have completely blown he said don't worry you see how I work with scooters here I can do everything. He quoted me £495 for everything cool no problem I paid and left the remote control for the LED lights he said by Friday it's fixed this was a Monday by the way. Friday came i went there I live in Woolwich so far to travel when I got there they said they need a few more days as its lots of work need doing come back Monday.

Ok cool Monday came they said it's bank holiday the parts are taking long to arrive. I left it 2 or 3 days later went back my scooter is still on ramps they fixed the handlebars but thats it they said a few more days its done this is over a week now. Cool another week past I kept going back every two days but on the second week I went there I said surley it must be done today.

When I got there they were changing the inner tube for the tyre. Remember I said needed a new tyre so I'm expecting a new tyre I watched them just replace the inner tube and put the same tyre back on. They took my horn off and didn't put a new one on I thought huh that's strange because you added that to the bill. They changed the headlight with a cheap second hand on that was dodgy. They did everything else apart from the yep you guessed it the LED lights and i knew this would be a problem but no the man said "you see how I work on scooters I can do everything"

He came up to me and said they can't do the lights because there's water damage cool. So instead of giving me back the cost you charged for my horn which you guys didn't replace and the LED Lights which the whole quote came to £500 exact i also needed the back indicators changed and they quoted me for that aswell and didn't do a dam thing to them they were still hanging off when I left they did NOTHING and still charged me.

So onto the next part when I took my scooter it was looking exactly the same as when I took it to them apart from the handlebars they wasn't even replaced they were just straighten but still bent to one side they were NOT brand new handlebars.

Final part when I took my scooter back I needed the remote control for the LED lights. The guy on the till was telling me they don't have them I said "bro you do have them i gave them to YOU" he kept saying he never took them. Even one of the idiots who was working on my scooter came over and said to him he did give them to you 100% the guy was saying something I couldn't understand his accent he walked off saying "im speaking English" bro your English and is terrible i was born in this country i know what English is. Then surprise surprise he found the controller gave it back to me and didn't even have the decency to apologise. When I took my scooter still half damaged I heard the guy mumble to someone "I can't be bothered to fix this scooter" so why didn't you refund me the money you quoted me and only charge for what you fixed which was the brake pads brake fluid and the inner tube.

Stay away from this place AVOID AVOID AVOID you see the amount of negative comments on here going back years.

Hi

Obviously you have your records to show that there was no repairs that your company had taken out rapid Scooter, master or the sister company on kilburn highway 209.

My banking invoice shows that I paid your company £145 to carry out work for stop. I then paid Iman for work that was never completed and I was never carried out who did not return my money. Your company did not return my money. According to you, these transactions never existed and actual record show that I must have been in fact going mad.

To to anyone who is going to buy a scooter from rapid Scooter master/ Scooter, master or any of its sister companies. Please get a printed VAT receipt. Thankfully my banking invoices show that I did pay for work that was not completed. It was not honoured by said companies above they've been working so hard to discredit me to make me look like I was a vandal a liar a untrustworthy individual someone who's to be laughed at and ridiculed by the staff at scootermaster and rapid Scooter, master and their sister companies. It makes me wonder if I was just single out or if this is a regular occurrence within this company that they do things like this that their staff actually this treat people like this.

I am not going to tell a lie. When I first encounted rapid Scooter, master and iman's shop on kilbourne high road. They were very nice but I thought that they sinister underneath everything. I blame myself for trusting these individuals for trusting these companies. Rapid scooter, master andscooter master. It has had a great impact on my mental health also on my physical health because of the the injuries sustained from the crash because of shabby workmanship individuals claiming that they knew what they were doing. These guys that work with in Scooter master and rapid scooter claim. They know what they were doing that I could trust them.

I came to the shop at the date 25/09/2023, I went to get my electric scooter repaired and be on my way, yet with me doing this I experienced the worst customer service I’ve witnessed in my life. The way the owner (man with tattoos on his arm) spoke to me in an atrocious manner with such rudeness was unacceptable. He didn’t accept card so I had to go and get money from a cash point, he told me I needed a certain amount as one part is in need of repair. On arrival back to the shop he then says I need more as there’s more broken parts and sent me back to get more cash. Furthermore, he was very condescending and his tone was extremely disrespectful with him at one point saying “I will charge you more money for opening up the scooter as you will just have wasted my time”. Personally, this was extremely arrogant and idiotic of him as he is not the only mechanic who can fix it and he’s getting paid to do this. I will not be going back and do not recommend this shop to anyone looking for service. Came with no receipt or advice for anything.

Those people are real thieves, I gave them my scooter to fix I came back after three days because no one called me ever, I surprised that one of the guy called Deco told me that my scooter was stolen before and he showed me a Fake CCTV video for someone who’s working with them stole it,
After I told him to call the police he started to tell me take the scooter and go I refused until the police come.

Be aware those people are really criminals.

Life saver! Very friendly owner, he put a new tubeless tyre on my scooter on Sunday morning in an hour. He even borrowed me his scooter while waiting for repair so I could enjoy the sunshine outside. Amazing service, good quality and really quick fix. Thank you for saving our weekend in London!
