Great products at good prices. Communication was good and quick despatch. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is choice of carrier "Yodel" I always check this and site stated "Parcel hub". In true fashion yodel were a full 24hrs late with my delivery causing a delay my end.

very sad to be writing a review like this. Items were great price, delivery was also swift. This is where it ends.

Strapping was squashed into an oblong shape to pack it in with other stuff and un-bailed when putting back into the round shape to fit on our strapping machine. After talking to staff, they had the this collected and sent a new one out to the wrong address. "What is the issue" I hear you ask? Well arranging the collection was unprofessional, and gave zero instruction of how the whole issue would be resolved, just an email saying it will be collected today (and actually I had to print out the evri label) then I had asked for the replacement and they then later asked if I wanted a refund or replacement to further show they are not listening to me...frustrating, and finally the new roll was delivered to a different address than asked for twice causing me to miss work and stay home. So I pray customers don't have issues because in my case - this is where the company falls short but could easily be resolved in future and I wish them the best.

edit - after reading other reviews you can see that customer service is not their forte when issues arise. Late delivery is not really their fault but I highlight the lower reviews to look at the customer service.

I've ordered twice from them. Was impressed by their fast delivery, how they packaged up the material, and particularly how they hand wrote the instructions I'd given so the delivery driver wouldn't get lost. Their boxes are very sturdy, which made the repeat order an easy choice. Stellar service!

Purchased a giant roll of bubble wrap for a house move. I wanted to avoid putting more money in Jeff Bezos’ pocket so I took a chance on Schott. The website was easy to navigate, excellent product prices and the delivery price was less than I expected. The package arrived within a couple of days, exceeding my expectations. Completely happy with the quality and cost of the packing materials I received.

It tood much longer for the delivery to arrive than predicted on the website, however this may well have been due to the carrier rather than the supplier.

The lady at the end of the phone who I spoke with several times about my order was always pleasant, polite and helpful.

So, happy with the product, but didn't need the hassle of having to keep chasing my order. Moving house is stressful enough as it is!
