I have been going in here for years but recently I have been served several times now by an elderly lady, she is so rude and unhelpful, if she doesn’t want to work there she should leave!

I am honestly thinking of taking my custom to the post office further away as I can’t be rude back, it’s not me but it really spoils my day!

A lady behind me today was shaking her head at how she spoke to me & I have heard a lot of people say how rude she is!

Just stood in a queue for 25 minutes only to be told by the one young girl serving that she can't deal with me as she is a trainee. TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE. especially at this time of year !!! Need more competent staff on the post office

03/05/2023 morning 11.50am I been to this post office try to deposit some money and I had 2 £20 Scottish note. That staff refused to get that money and when I ask” why you can’t get Scotland note” she refused to serve me and she say don’t come this post office any more. @postoffice is Scotland still in UK..

I've been in post offices all over the UK and this is the worst. They're rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. Terrible service. DO NOT USE, FIND A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE
