All of the staff are very helpful and polite... except one! Iam in the process of hopefully resolving an issue were she does not want me using the post office any more (Despite not giving a real reason why). I have seen other reviews written here that also mention 1 rude female staff member. I would bet its almost certainly the same one. Shame

Rude staff, treat visitors like trash, every time I need to do something through the post office, I don’t come here, I’m more comfortable going to another city to the post office or doing everything online.

I have been using this post office since I moved to the area a few years ago and have had no issues up to now. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this branch due to one member of staff whom I have had to make a formal complaint about due how she treated me as a customer. Very sad as I like to use local where I can 💔
