!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!!

I recently bought a van that has had a few diagnostic issues, not great for a new van, "just one of those things I guess - HOWEVER...

Chloe Sharp has been absolutely superb with the service we have received! Let's face it, this is no-one's fault, but she has taken ownership of this issue and has updated us every step of the way! Absolutely superb service Chloe, thank you, I DO hope your Bosses realise what a fire cracker you are!!! Good staff are very hard to find and even harder to replace!
Also, Harry Masters in the workshop was super helpful, again took ownership of the issue, with a smile on his face and genuine care! He sorted it double quick and did all he could to resolve things as quickly as possible!!!
SAGA, you got 2 great people there, I hope you show them you appreciate them...
Just booked my other van in, definitely recommended!!!

1st time using them. When you put a lorry in for a 6 weekly check expecting them to pick up a broken light and replace it, but they totally miss it. Leaves you a little disappointed and somewhat worried. Also quite hard to find. Sat-nav didn't get anywhere near. Google maps found them OK.
After the reply and speaking with the parts department, quite surprised that they don't carry marker lights and fit them. However extremely helpful parts department. Sorted mirrors efficiently.

Please don't go anywhere near this dealer or in fact Mercedes for commercial vehicles or commercial vehicle repairs.

If you have a Mercedes HGV their service department couldn't be any less interested. Happy for a vehicle to sit for 3+ days waiting for parts, zero updates and the customer having to constantly chase.

If it wasn't for the fact we have to deal with various other Mercedes dealers across the country I could comfortably say this one is the worst.

The Staff at this site are really helpful the service advisor I was dealing with was very helpful and knew exactly what she was doing! What a refreshing change nothing seemed a problem for her and I was asking a lot of questions and she just answered them for me!!! Thank you very much. The lady who was dealing with me was called Adele sorry if that is not the correct spelling. 🙂
