A good company to deal with, selling quality tools and accessories. Prices are good and delivery is really quick.

So far there hasn't been any problems so I can't vouch for their customer service but I'm sure their as good as the rest of the company.

All in all a top company. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been looking at Rutlands tools for a while and finally took the plunge,,, literally and purchased their 40v track saw with 2 rails. To say I am pleased is a huge understatement! I have used the Makita 36v saw and I would say this one is better,,, much better.
Comfortable in the hand, quiet and accurate. Only thing I would say is,,, a box would be nice.
I loved the saw so much, I bought the 28v router with plunge base while it was on offer and again,,, blown away with the build quality.
To top it all,, next day delivery makes Rutlands my #1 choice for the moment.

Great service and customer support. Delivery as good as Amazon and that takes some beating. Shame that everything is Black but that doesn’t take away the quality of the product, especially for the price. But, I personally couldn’t live with all Black tools - I prefer a brighter outlook.
Having said that, I shall probably buy more items yet😃

Everything that I’ve purchased from Rutlands has been of high quality and worthy of the price. I would recommend to anyone wanting tools of quality at a certain price range. Customer service is great, only needed it once, and a replacement part was sent out with no quibble even though I was slightly out of warranty. Keep up the good work Rutlands

The power carving tools I ordered were perfect and such good value.
They were dispatched very quickly by Rutlands, but the delivery to France took about a week. Not surprising with the French postal system in rural France. 5 star service from Rutlands, and usual high quality of their branded tools
