I went Post office. I want to send A postal order and one letter to DVLA And the lady was there She is so rude to me and I asked her I want to send A Postal order and one letter and she is asked me where is the address on your envelope and I asked her you gonna print a label And then she asked me I’m no gonna print label And you cash for postal order and then she rudely asked me you want to go home and get the cash and Write the address on envelope. I say ok I can do that. When I get back at post then she asked me you need some fees for postal order. I said you didn’t told me that before And she said that things you need to know. Then I get back home again. When I get back 3rd time. She was allowed Someone else to pay by card for postal order and when I said her she said me you need cash. That’s rude to me.

Trying to drop off an Amazon return, which clearly stated that I do not need to bring packaging; they refused the item in its small box, and also did not accept the enclosing Amazon envelope, which I had not sealed. They then tried to sell me tape to seal the envelope. Will not go there again, and nobody really should - the other shop nearby handling returns was super friendly, efficient and helpful.

This is a good post office they just need to update the opening times in their website as turned up before 6pm a couple of times and they were shut. They said they close at 5.30pm and 2pm on Saturday. It will be 5 stars if updated as wasting my time and money travelling there.

Visited here recently, the rude lady with the glasses still there! Thank god there was another lady there, nice and friendly, fingers crossed I get served by the kind lady every time I visit. The store cashier bit miserable staring at me, made me feel uncomfortable whilst waiting in the queue. Was leaning towards the bakery section but the women’s unwelcoming attitude put me off, their loss. Won’t be returning for bakery/grocery.

Doesn’t hurt to smile, even if it’s a fake one. I will update my experience if the service changes.

If it were my business, I would smile/say hi, encourage/Train my employees to do the same. Customer service is key to success. You never know, word of mouth travels far.

Says open from 8 clearly the lady with glasses still doesn’t care and always comes late, 8.30 and she’s still not here. Shop staff still rude can’t even smile at you… if you can’t make it for 8 please change the opening hours to 9!
