The least helpful people ever I was served by a very old overweight pink looking man. that seemed very inconvenient by even asking where my parcel is. I was on the app showing him it was being held at the depot I asked if there was any work I collect it now he said it would be out for delivery, but the delivery had said they would be held at depot. I asked if he could change it on the system so I could collect it there he told me to go on the website even though I was on the app. Went on the website in the car park and the website said there was no option. I went back in and he said I don’t know what you want me to do. I said I want you to try and be helpful. Can’t you look it up on the system and see if there’s something you can do but he just mentioned how understaffed they are like that’s my problem. I have £400 worth of parts that I really need so I can get my boat running because the canal and River trust and not happy my Boat is not moving and I can’t help but the Royal mail can’t deliver a package and are employing some of the oldest dinosaurs that don’t even know how to use the computer, because he was blaming the app and the website website he told me to use

Says online it’s open on a Monday but not the case when you go down there. Different hours on the door. Open more suitable hours. Maybe a night after people who finish work at 6 can get there.

rediculously common theme of posties not posting things they are supposed to. skipping houses entirely not even knocking and then saying attempted delivery sorry will (probably not) redeliver. just to top things off this place is never open at any useful time, and their tracker has a ladida approach to when it wants to update, so good luck getting your mail when you were expecting.

Completely ignore safe space instructions, easier to not deliver and post a letter than actually do their job.

Gave "safe place" instructions the day before and informed them we would not be in, therefore just leave it in the easily accessible safe location. Simple you'd think.

Day of delivery comes, get a message saying "we tried to deliver but nobody seems to be in".. well, thats why we told you that it needs to be put in the "safe place" royalmail. Safe place delivery instructions completely ignored, most likely the staff member couldnt be bothered. Second time this has happened.

In other words you tell them you wont be in and ask them to put it in the safe place, they arrive, knock on the door, get no answer -obviously, and p*ss off without putting it in the safe place.

Whats the point in giving safe space instructions if they completely disregard it. Staff too lazy to do the job theyre being paid for? Posting here as royalmails offical complains form page is broken.

Absolute joke this place. They cannot even issue custom fees cards properly and when you go down they are closed during the day absolute JOKE. Shame on royal mail. Really hope that some competition will come soon as this joke needs to go!!!

I have received email parcel delivered to me but have picture of tracking saying was delivered to Rugby DO the exact same time & date my email said delivered here so I'd love to know what happened to my parcel I'd ordered for my daughter not myself very very unhappy & Dissapointed

Opening time is poor as 8.00am to 10.00am and is too early to collect the parcels. Why not hours of opening hours up to 12.00pm for more convenient to clients to collect.

Situated on the very busy Mill Rd just past the railway station. It is a small reception area where you collect parcels etc the staff seem friendly and polite. However the parking area is horrendous not many car parking spaces as its a small area and the entrance is not very big (a cars width) which leads straight onto Mill Road which is busy most of the day especially at the weekend.
Opening times are only a couple of hours each day except Thursday open till 8pm and Sunday closed.
