I would and maybe should be giving this company one star due to witnessing one of their trucks on the A14 driving illegally and dangerously and putting other road users at risk.
However, I complained to the company about the incident and the transport manager dealt with the complaint in a very good and amicable way.
Glad when an issue occurs this company can deal with it, so 1 star less for your awful driver (who I hope won’t drive like that again) 4 stars for handling it and being a good reputable company, hope your driver doesn’t drag your company down in the future.

Dangerous driving on the motorway by your truck drivers on M6 at approx 10.25am 08/06/20. Happy to provide my dash cam footage, I have just had one of your tricks (RPS4) tailgating me whilst I was overtaking cars, if I needed to stop we would have been a goner. Then before I could move into the inside lane, he undertook me and then pulled out onto my car, there was perhaps luck on our side as the outside lane was clear to could take crash avoidance action! I have then seen the same truck do the same thing to other cars, who was again overtaking vehicles.
