Glad they are here often I have to track parcels myself or check here is they get lost in the system. Check the opening hours as they are only open during the mornings. Some discrepancies between other logistics companies like parcel force which offer limited tracking, once had to cycle all around Reading to track my parcel down to the east distribution centre in Whitely.

I want to Thank the gentleman who went out of his way to help me with a return parcel at the Loverock delivery office on 26/9/24 10.30am,
I am disabled with a spinal disease and had been to 3 different drop off parcel shop around Reading to return a large heavy box to Amazon but non of the few shops were able to scan the barcode,
I arrived at the Loverock office after the 10am customer service closure time as I was stuck in a nighmare of a mess of road works for 40 minutes on Water Rd between Tilehurst Rd & Grovelands Rd.
The gentleman in question I never did get his name was very helpful, polite and went out of his way to help me with this return, he carried the heavy box from my car and managed to get the code from my phone scanned and did this all cheerfully and within 5 minutes.

Beware only open 8am - 10am week days now! Not helped by the fact that they totally ignored my post redirect request. What kind of hours are these!?

Absolutely rubbish. A 2 he time slot every week day. Absolutely appalling service. Not notification of change. Rubbish service before now it’s verging on diabolical! What a waste of time. It looks like the Post Office want as little outlay as possible, no face to face closing customer supports and local POs.
Let me make this clear though…. I’m very aware this is nothing to do with the fabulous people who work tirelessly for the Royal Mail. The problem as always, is the ones above who need to sort themselves out! Not enough staff? Pay better and get more because you certainly charge enough from the customers!

Theres no way people can get their parcels picked up from depo with the opening and closing hours they have mentioned. Royal mail is not delivering good service to customers now.

brought an item online last Friday and paid extra for next day delivery, no delivery attempt was made on Saturday. Instead royal mail decided to attempt delivery on Monday, obviously delivery attempt failed as no one was in and the item required a signature. I arranged redelivery for the coming Saturday, guess what ...delivery was not attempted. Again Royal mail decided to attempt delivery on Monday, and again no one was in , this time who ever made the delivery decided to force the item through the letter box and forge a signature and state the item had been signed for by the named recipient.

Absolutely useless! Tried delivering a package when I got a notification saying that it was a failed delivery as I was not in. I work from home and I'm in all the time, no one rang the intercom! I was like fair enough, tried to get it delivered to my closest post office as I could easily pick it up. Next day, same notification as it was attempted delivery again to my house. I asked it to be delivered to the post office, why are you trying to deliver it to my house again? Same excuse though, I was not in, again the postman have time to write a card but not ring the intercom.
What a terrible service!! Seriously. I now wait for packages more in hope rather than expectation l.
