waiting for a parcel royal mail tracked 24 from sitting at Truro from Friday it's Monday still not delivered or updated, poor poor service. Why doesn't the Royal mail go back to old fashioned running a customer service orientated entity instead of cutting costs, centtalising paying more profit to managers and people who don't care about delivering the mail on time like it used too.

Post person delivered mail to our property Saturday 11/01/2025 Burnetts Barton Greenbottom TR48QQ left main gate open .Gate is kept close for reason we have animals out and could get on main road ,please can you sort this problem

Absolute shocking services. Full excuses for not having enough staff, blah blah blah.
Pay your staff correctly, eliminate unnecessary red tape, and you might get people wanting to work for the Royal Mail again.

Your services are disgraceful! NO mail For five days now!

these people delivered my parcel to the wrong address. then said they couldn't help me. they had the photo of the incorrect front door. they had the GPS coordinates where the parcel was scanned upon delivery. but wouldn't help me. the lady at the front will give you an infinite amount of excuses as to why they can't but reality is they not interested cos it's extra effort.

Attempted to deliver an obviously empty completely ripped open package (I intercepted postie who apologised and returned to sender) Also they regularly update tracking to say delivery attempted when they have not (I am usually in and have a security cam). Post sometimes takes 5 days to be delivered.

We write to you with a very marvellous service given to us by the Post Office lady in St Mawes P O - Lauren Ferris.
She has been so helpful regarding the sending of a parcel to South Wales. R Mail have tried to deliver it 4 times ( with no success! ) and believe it or not it has arrived back here the the PO at St Mawes.
Once again Lauren has been so helpful , tracking it for us and keeping us in the picture.
My wife and I have experienced many post offices in our lives, in Honiton, Seaton and many other POs but have never had such a friendly and helpful service as the one that we have received from Lauren - we feel strongly enough to write to you hoping that you can put a ' gold star' alongside her name.
She really must be valued by the Royal Mail.

They used to be open most of the day and were very helpful and friendly. Now they are mostly CLOSED and can't be bothered to help. The PO delivery service is irregular and haphazard. Parcels scheduled (and paid) for delivery on a particular day are often delayed. VERY POOR. Renationalise!
