The amount of times my parcels have not arrived or when I've sent important letters they have never arrived is beyond a joke.

I have been charged extra for birthday card and asked for refund.

I have sent proof but have now received e mail saying contact details not the same. I now have two reference numbers for same complaint.

System is designed to be difficult and put people off.

Parcel was left on doorstep and stolen. A doorstep is not a suitable safeplace. Also doesn't even put the right address on the app when I choose it.

3 time these cowboys said they have run into issues whilst trying to make a delivery on 3 separate occasions. First time called head office to complain and heard nothing back(wasn't surprised tbh) 6 people live in our house multiple dogs that can hear a fart in a rave also our bay windows looks upon the road and front door, also the fact you're expecting the package so ready waiting along with the constant updates its impossible to miss. Yet a van never shows or a person on foot. Very convenient on a sunday for the jobs worth driver to pick nd choose what he can be bothered to deliver and the rest of us just get an email saying they tried but couldn't raise anyone. What a load of rubbish. Poor service, idiot employees who couldn't give a dam as long as they are out the door by a set time on a sunday morning. Time to hang up the uniform boys and get on the old rock and roll clearly working isn't for you.

My husband's BRP was about to come and he has shift so I wait at my address to collect. I wrote my number and his name and an instruction to call to deliver his BRP on my door. They neither deliver the item nor called me. I don't think this is fair. My flat mates told me he came out of the van and saw the paper on the door and suddenly get into to the van and gone. This happened today.

The opening hours are ridiculous. Had something that cost me £90, just handed over to some random guy in our block of four flats. But obviously it's not the post offices fault if they don't deliver your post to the right person. Because they don't care,,, ?
