They don't deserve the One Star. Don't use the Royal Mail Tracker 24. This service is DEFINITELY NOT a 24 hr service. The 24 hours start when a random Royal Mail Centre eventually receives your package. We paid extra for a passport to be sent with the Tracker 24, from The American Embassy in London to our London address. Royal Mail decided the quickest route was via Manchester, and from Manchester to Swindon!!!!!! Also the 24 hrs starts when it gets to Swindon, not when it was sent from London!!!!!!! Would have been good to know that before it was sent. If that was true we'd still receive the passport in time to make our flight. Unfortunately, Royal Mail don't guarantee to get it to us within 24 hrs of it reaching Swindon, they are aiming to get it to us 42 hrs of it reaching Swindon and that's just "an aim, not a guarantee". I spoke to customer service and offered to drive to Swindon to pick it up, however have been told Swindon is not customer facing!!!!!! If the passport does not arrive tomorrow we miss our flight, and a flight to New York at short notice is £1,700 one way. When a mail service is incapable of sending a package from a London address to another London address then they should cease to operate. From now on I will always look to see if I can use another company, even if it costs me more. The Royal Mail are not fit for purpose.

A friend sent me an item that was needed urgently to arrive the next day before 1pm. That service cost 15 quid. CCTV shows no one approaching the door, no we missed you card, nothing. Now having to wait 2 to 3 days for them to reattempt delivery. Is this how you boost up your KPI, without even attempting delivery. Scammers

TERRIBLE service !!! I paid £70 to get a parcel sent to Australia for my friend who is unwell in hospital with cancer … THEY HAVE LOST IT !!! Careless service and I am so upset! It got to London, they sent it back to Swindon over £2.50 feet which they could have called me about and now it is lost !! I paid for the best delivery service as well and haven’t received that at all. This best get sorted.

Despite being a special delivery parcel, my package, reference number NY867839650GB, hasn't reached its destination in nearly two weeks. I tried calling Royal Mail customer service, but I'm not getting a response. I went to the Royal Mail office in Swindon, and they told me they couldn't view this package, which is why they advised me to call 01793 517300, which hasn't been answering calls for about 30 tries. I can't find any other people to call. Could you kindly help me locate the package? If it can't be delivered, please return it.

I arrived just before midday two weeks out from Christmas to find no other customers collecting post.
One friendly gentleman inside was quickly able to check on my parcel and find it for me.

Only 3 stars having had to make the journey from North Swindon.
And the unofficial opening hours make visiting at certain times of the day risky business. (Picture attached)

The worst delivery service… my shein parcel didn’t receive yet because they just deliver things in the morning before 11am and My mistake was I put my shop address which opens at 12pm. I m very disappointed with there service still I didn’t receive my parcel.

Awful service! Were an hour and 15 minutes late opening and then couldn’t get my parcel for me anyways. Will not be using again if I can help it.
