Very good delivery office, very friendly staff and nice managers. Office is quite small and therefore fairly efficient although quite busy as well. Absolutely no parking spaces available for neither staff nor customers; own car park for vans is extremely dense.
P.S. Customers rightly complain about stupid office hours and they ARE stupid but it's not up to Poole DO staff, the same is across the country. Complain to London! If you buy a lot of stuff online just invest in a good parcel box or some alternative safe place, and update your details in your RM account. And leave a notice. All parcels except Special Delivery Guaranteed can be delivered this way.

Paid to have my package delivered 3 days ago. no tracking updates, nobody can tell me where my package is, and today they tell me that the person doing my route is off sick so they cant deliver. £12 billion company who cant cover a sick day. if you need to send or receive a package, specially a large one, avoid this useless money grabbing company at all costs

I get a notification to say my Special Delivery parcel was unable to be delivered. Apparently the 'address was inaccessible'.

Depsite this, I get home and see two small letters had been delivered just fine with Royal Mail stickers on them, meaning whoever was in charge of large parcels simply couldn't be arsed this morning. What's the point of Special Delivery if the drivers are this lazy?

The cherry on top is that I can see this delivery depot from my living room window, my house is directly in the centre of town - you couldn't ask for an easier address to get to. Typical Royal Mail, utter clown show every single time.

Why can't the Poole sorting office pull their finger out, and deliver special delivery items sent over 2 weeks ago? This item, needs repair and returned, ASAP!

Working hours are ridiculous. Morning 8-10, two hours only.

Royal Mail is a joke, got a card through my door to collect a signed for. Number is wrong on the form, so many times this happens causing absolute chaos in locating a package.. all because someone can't write the reference number correctly.

Open from 8-10am only. Was absolutely stunned by this - what poor service! Unfortunately I was quite disappointed that my parcel hadn't been left at my property already and didn't know it was arriving, then to travel to the office to see its only open for two hours annoyed me even more. Will actively avoid ordering things that use Post Office / Royal Mail from now on, service from other couriers is so much better now unfortunately.

I paid £36 5 weeks ago to have my mail redirected as yet l have not recieved any other than the lady who bought my house delivering them to my sons house.l have been intouch with Royal Mail but as yet nothing has been done. Not very happy.
