At 6am today 12/12/24. I was informed by E mail that they had tried to deliver my parcel but no one was in. A total falacy. I have tried the tel nos provided for the new milton depot and have been told the numbers are not recognised. What a terrible organisation. and administration.

Had a delivery for today but I had to go to the doctors. I asked to leave with neighbour or another neighbour they didn’t, and didn’t even leave a card saying “we missed you” nothing. I don’t like Royal Mail deliveries.

Staff here are pretty reasonable and seem to do their job well. Each time I have been to collect a parcel the staff have been most pleasant.
