Lost my parcel without informing me. Had to spend an hour on the phone on hold judt to be told there's nothing they can do just wait. For what? My missing parcel to never turn up? If I hadn't contacted you, nothing would have happened. Then I was palmed off by the person on the phone, saying it's the problem of the company that sent it. Bullshit, it was received, scanned and awaiting transit from Medway MC as I checked every day, and no change. Ridiculous.

This mail centre lost my parcel which contained ashes and no one at Royal Mail seems to care. Told me to claim a refund! Obviously a refund is not the solution here. And head office apparently can’t contact the mail centre - seriously? Paid for tracked 48 and it has been over 2 weeks now so the ashes are considered ‘lost’. Terrible situation and terrible service

Paid for a 48 hour delivery on a bespoke item, last update was that it had been received at Medway depot exactly a week ago and hasn't budged an inch since then. Attempts to contact the business they say they can't give me any further information other than what's on the tracking page. Reading all these other reviews of people experiencing the same as me I realise I will probably never get my item. Wish I'd negotiated with the seller to send via a different courier service, as Royal Fail has now been outperformed by Yodel, who somehow managed to deliver an item despite their numerous failings.

I hope the folk at Medway Mail Centre are enjoying my Tens Machine electrodes. They’ve had them since 26th December with no sign of budging. The public can no longer contact sorting offices, because speaking to a person on the telephone would be way too difficult to engineer, and we are instead automatically put through to Royal Mail Customer ‘Service’, who state that they also cannot contact the mysterious /fictional Medway Mail Centre. Now I have to wait the obligatory 10 working days before Med-Fit can even make a claim. I can’t afford to buy any more electrodes, and all the while I’m in great pain.
Medway Mail Centre have no idea about how their tardy conduct affects people’s actual lives.

Tracked 24 package sitting sitting in Medway for 9 days. Employ more staff.

Royal Snail have not long been fined 10.5 million for poor service. Yet, are still failing to meet the required targets.

It's a bad day when Evri provide a much better and faster service than the once King of delivery services!

No wonder you're losing staff on the daily with the workload postmen and sorters are given! All while you scumbags are rolling in your bonuses, rewarding yourselves for failure.

The usual exceedingly poor service from Medway RC, my last parcel that came through there had a nice trip round the country only to be returned to the sender. The one before that had a trip to Belfast before coming back to Cheshire (it set off from Northampton originally), and the latest allegedly on 48hr delivery has been sat there for nearly a week. What an absolute joke!

Medway has had my parcel for 4 days now. £40 parcel not delivered on time. Stupid you can't speak to someone on the phone or via live chat. Come on royal mail sort it out !

Absolutely useless. Tracked my urgent medication get to Medway and then instead of coming to Canterbury I get a notification to say it's out for delivery in Staines over a hundred miles away. And that's with it be tracked!
